These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Phenomenal Sobriety programs, including all content, materials, and community access. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all program purchases. If within 7 days of your purchase date you feel the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund provided that ALL of the following conditions are met:
You have accessed less than 20% of the program content
You have not downloaded any workbooks, materials, or resources
You have not attended any live coaching sessions or group calls (where applicable)
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@phenomenalsobriety.com within the 7-day window. After this period, or once any materials have been downloaded or significant content accessed, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our content.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content within Phenomenal Sobriety programs, including but not limited to the THRIVE System methodology, video modules, workbooks, exercises, resources, and community materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Phenomenal Sobriety Limited and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the program materials solely for your own personal recovery journey.
4. Use Licence
Permission is granted to access and download program materials for personal, non-commercial use only in connection with your participation in the program. This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Share, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any program content in any form
Share your login credentials or account access with others
Record, screenshot, or copy program materials for distribution to third parties
Use program content for commercial purposes or professional training
Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from program materials
Violate our intellectual property rights or those of third parties
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against other program participants
Submit false or misleading information

Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
